The shipping quote is for one animal. If you are purchasing more than one animal, please contact us to get a quote on shipping costs before purchasing.

There are NO Refunds on any shipping.

​

Shipping of reptiles is OVERNIGHT ONLY!
 

There are three methods of shipping axolotls:

Overnight UPS delivery

2-day UPS delivery

USPS Priority (one to three-day delivery)

If you decide to ship your axolotl/s UPS (2-day delivery), or UPSP Priority (one to three-day delivery) then you will be forfeiting the live arrival guarantee.

​

There is a 25% cancellation fee for an order after it has been placed.

​

No Refunds after the animal has shipped unless overnight was selected and the animal was DOA.

​​

The shipping address on PayPal MUST MATCH the delivery address.​

​

​Axolotl and Reptile Shipping are Monday through Wednesday, however, we need at least 2 days' notice to send an axolotl, because they need to have fasted. (So they do not excrete waste into the bag).
 

Axolotls are legal in most places in the U.S. except for California, Maine, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., and Arkansas. In New Mexico, they are legal to own, but illegal to import from other states. West Florida Axolotls will not ship to you if you are in one of these states and do not have a valid permit.

Live Arrival Guarantee Axolotls And Reptiles

WFA&E has a live arrival guarantee for overnight delivery options only

Axolotls:

If in the rare case, an axolotl passes in overnight shipping, a replacement and or refund will only be granted if the overnight delivery option was selected at checkout and we are contacted within one hour of delivery.

 

You must provide us with photo/video evidence of the deceased axolotl in the original sealed bag within one hour of delivery.

 

After the expiration of one hour, WFA&E is no longer responsible for the well-being of the axolotl/s as we are unable to control the temperature or water conditions.

 

We will not refund if there is no evidence that the animal perished in the original package that the animal was shipped in.

 

It is very important to keep updated with the tracking information that we will provide to you.

Reptiles:

​

One hour after the parcel delivery, the live arrival guarantee will expire.

​

You must provide us with photo/video evidence of the deceased reptile in the original container within one hour of delivery.

 

After this time WFA&E is no longer responsible for the well-being of the reptile/s as we are unable to control the temperature or conditions.
